Lilly Jimenez is a proud mom, a wife, and the owner of The Creative Heart Studio. After 10 years as an event planner specializing in kids’ parties, she transitioned into the blogging space where she tapped into her background of Art & Design to further develop her talented skills. With the support of her husband, Anthony (who is also a designer), Lilly is now a DIY content designer who shares her techniques and designs through digital DIY templates.
One of her favorite mediums is the classic party staple: balloons. Lilly’s approach to balloons is clean and modern, while incorporating a variety of visual arts materials. A self–taught balloon artist, Lilly is the creator of Balloon Mosaic™, an innovative digital product for at-home makers. Its unprecedented growth in the balloon world sparked a global trend, both in the event industry and on television.
This past year, Lilly hit an all-time professional (and personal) goal as a finalist on season two of NBC’s crafting competition series, Making It. With the smiles of her children always in mind as the greatest reward, they are at the heart of every project, of every story. By resourcing materials to create beautiful props and party décor, she has a masterful knack of helping moms work big magic on a small budget to create memorable celebrations. Lilly’s passion-turned-purpose brings an innovative pop to the styling of all things fun and festive.
